Tax the Childless to Help Parents?
First, I learned a new term, school tax, in this debate---It is a kind of property tax and close related to an another term--school district. School districts are local governments with powers similar to that of a town or a county including taxation and eminent domain, except in Virginia, whose school divisions have no taxing authority and must depend on another local government (county, city, or town) for funding.

Making living is also not easy for childless households.
"Everybody has the right to be let alone(to be childless)"
